More random notes.

1. Thanks to the upcoming arrival of two new volunteers from Utah, my parents will be able to send a care package to them that the girls can then bring over to me. They are leaving May 5th, arriving on May 7th, so my parents plan to send it out by this weekend. A week should be enough time, especially if it's on an express route. If any of you want to be part of it, please drop it off at my house either by Friday late afternoon or Saturday morning. Sorry this is such short notice but I just found out yesterday.

My wishlist includes: my two favorite dresses from home, some boxes of Mac 'n Cheese, aloe vera, bandages and mix CDs. Nothing that can break or melt.

2. I'm going back to Bangkok at the end of May because two of my friends are getting married. Very exciting! We are road tripping there, meaning a long bus ride for about $25. Not bad.

3. I have to go Phnom Penh on Monday to buy next month's visa. I am thinking of doing a day run but 6:30am to and then 3:00pm back? Kind of sucky, especially buses here. It would be an intense day. I won't really know until I'm there and how quickly I can get all my errands taken care of. So maybe I will have to stay a night in the city. Any trip to the city means buying Western amenities. Mosquito spray, cheese, an electric kettle, some candy and chips.

4. Last night, Aeon Flux was on HBO (we get it from Thailand) but then the rain came in and lost reception. It was just getting good too. Now I will just have to hope that it will come back another day. Same thing happened when X-Men 3 was on the other night. Yeah, not totally awesome movies but I was looking to be entertained.

5. I can't believe that the majority of my friends will have graduated by the time I come back. I'll get used to the fact eventually, though. Still, I'm very excited for everyone.
