Cambodians and Donuts.

I just read a very casually cited statistic that says Cambodians own 90% of donut stores in Southern California. And then I thought about one of my Cambodian neighbors and how she in fact, totally owns a donut store! She is the lady who brings us pink boxes of day-old donuts all the time. We always graciously accept them but only eat maybe one or two and then have to toss the rest because we are not really donut-people.

I don't know... I just thought this was interesting.
