The krama hat.

The krama (krrah-ma) is the most basic, versatile and common piece of fabric in Cambodia. It is usually a checkered print or plaid and comes in a variety of colors, red/white and blue/white being the most common (because it is the cheapest). You can use it as a head wrap, a scarf, sarong, rag, etc. I found this krama hat at the market one day and thought it was the most hilarious thing.
